Seminars at the MPP play an important role for the exchange and discussion of scientific results obtained by lab members (Lab-Seminar), for the presentation and discussion of novel results published by other groups (Literature-Seminar), for the presentation of new data by invited guest-speakers (e.g. in the ECROPS-Seminar) or for the training of soft skills (Student-Seminars, Lab- and Literature-Seminars).

are every monday at 12:30 p.m. in the MPP seminar room

ECROPS-Seminars
are on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. in Lecture Hall B of the Biologikum. The names of the invited speakers, the titles of their talks and short summaries of their lectures are presented at the homepage of ECROPS (click HERE)

Student-Seminars
are important parts of the F1- and F2-courses at the MPP. Each participent of an MPP F1-course will give a 25 to 30-min lecture on an article (english language) that has been published in an international journal. Each participent of an MPP F2-course will present a 25 to 30-min seminar covering the experiments that were performed, the technical approaches that were used and the results that were obtained during the F2-course. |
